Primary Condition of WIS’s website Use

No Lawyer-Client Relationship
Although clients’ use of the website may facilitate access to or communications with members of WIS via e-mail transmissions or otherwise via the website, receipt of any such communications or transmissions by any member of WIS does NOT create a lawyer-client relationship. As such, accessing or using this website does NOT create a lawyer-client relationship.
Any passwords and user ID’s used for WIS’s website are for the individual business use only. Users are to be responsible for the security of their password and user ID (if any).
WIS will be entitled to monitor users’ password and user ID and, at its discretion, require users to change it. If users use a password that WIS considers insecure, WIS will be entitled to require the password to be changed and/or terminate user’s account.
Users further agree not to disclose their password or user ID to any other person and WIS will not be responsible for the unauthorized use of users’ profile by any other person and are under no obligation to confirm the actual identity of any password or user ID.
Users agree to notify WIS immediately upon becoming aware of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of the their password or user ID to gain access to their profile, or any breach of security, via e-mail to email@example.com, if at any time your password or user ID is, or you believe it has been, lost, stolen, disclosed, or otherwise compromised.
WIS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these provisions.
